Steam Ale

So the steam ale that Dave L. and I started brewing back on Aug. 7th is just about ready to drink. It's been a long process & I've never brewed beer before, so I'm learning a lot in the process... Dave has all the equipment needed, so that's been very nice. I don't know exactly what I'm doing yet, other than following directions. It all seems too much like Chemistry to me -- and despite my father's work/education, I never did extremely well in Chemistry. Anyway, in a few days I'll post how well the fruits of our labor tasted. :)

We've been bottling it under a label called, 'The Admiral'. This particular brew is called, 'The Admiral's Steam Powered Turbo Shed Ale'... It's a BrickNebula brew. :)
