Updates

So friends aren't too keen on the tsunami idea... I was thinking something tasteful and respectful, but the idea was still shot down.  *sigh*  So back to the drawing board few a new water related idea...

Got an e-mail about adding the Liverpool, UK LEGO store the other day -- it's been added.  In the process off adding it, I noticed that there's to be a 2nd Toronto and Miami store, along with two new stores in California soon -- this is exciting.

Some new parts have been showing up on the wall as well -- I've been updating the database.  If I've missed anything, please let me know.

iPaB Update Form

Haven't had time to update the web-site lately... I've added some missing parts to the iPaB database today & with the help from Moctagon Jones, the Orlando LEGO Imagination Center's PaB has been update.  There are now inventory from a total of 21 LEGO stores and their PaB walls on-line... The sad thing is, only a few of them have been updated in the last few months, or even updated at all.

In other news, Moctagon Jones came up with a low-tech device (in the form of a speadsheet) to update the iPaB wall.  So with his permission, download the iPaB update form. Print it out, take it to your local LEGO store, write down the parts description/color, then update iPaB!

And again, if you don't find your local LEGO store, send me a Flickr mail letting me know the dimensions of your LEGO store's PaB and I'll get it added ASAP!

Update iPaB on BrickBuildr

Now anyone can update the iPaB database with a few simple clicks! From the "View iPaB Walls" page, select a store, then select a container or bubble. From there you'll be able to select part to go into that container (remember to enter the 2 digit code), then voilĂ ! The database has been updated.

Check it out and let me know what you think.

New iPaB Wall View on BrickBuildr

I was so exicited when I first released iPaB. When I told my LUG-mates about it, their only criticism (in jest) was "you should make a wall view where you can see everything on one page." Grrr... I thought.

So now, a few months after the fact, here it is. There's still a few bugs to work out with it, but for now, enjoy.
